Our Health Guarantee for Life

Lifetime means that the puppy will be good for 10 years after its birthday.

We know that your puppy can’t be replaced, but we think that having another four-legged pet friend might help make your home less sad. Even if your puppy dies within a year of its birthday because of genetics, which is not likely, or if it is found to have a life-threatening congenital or hereditary disorder within that year, we will replace it with another puppy of equal value at no extra cost to you.

If your puppy dies within the first year of its life due to congenital flaws that could have killed it, we will give you a credit for 50% of the original price that you can use to buy a new puppy of the same value. In either case, the buyer’s qualified veterinarian has to give the seller a written certificate that says the exact cause of death, which has been confirmed by an autopsy or necropsy. The buyer will be given a new puppy of the same worth as soon as one is available if the puppy died because of one of the above genetic defects and not because they were neglected for some reason. In the event of death, you will also need to show the microchip that Princess Puppies gave you. It’s proof that it’s the dog you got from Princess Puppies. Without following these rules and the ones below, the promise is no longer valid.

What you need to do for the guarantee to be true.

That you now have a healthy, happy puppy is the best thing that could happen to us. We need your help to make sure your puppy stays healthy.

  • Within 10 business days of getting your puppy, email a copy of the first test (medical record). The test has to be done by a qualified veterinarian. Your puppy will already have all of the up-to-date, age-appropriate shots, so don’t give your puppy any more shots in the first 10 days. You can reach us at infocutesyyorkies@gmail.com.
  • You will need to get Princess Puppies to microchip your puppy.
  • We deworm and vaccine your puppy before you take it home, but you will need to keep doing these things until your puppy is at least 16 weeks old, and you should take it to the vet every six months for the rest of its life.
  • If you ever need to use this Guarantee, you will need to show all the paperwork that Princess Puppies gave you when you bought the puppy, the registration papers (if you have them), all of your dog’s vet records from every six months showing that they have been healthy and well cared for, and their microchip.
  • It is important to follow these rules, or else the promise will not be valid.
